Manyloud provides AI-generated UGC (User-Generated Content) video campaigns. Our services, as described on this website, include the creation of video content featuring hyper-realistic AI creators and the distribution of this content across our network of social media accounts. The specifics of each campaign, including the number of videos, guaranteed views, and other deliverables, are outlined in our pricing plans ("Plans"). All service agreements are finalized via direct communication channels (e.g., Telegram).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By engaging with our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments: All payments for our Services are due upfront as agreed upon during direct consultation and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Pricing: The pricing for our Plans is subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds once a campaign has been initiated.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to any content or information you provide to us for the purpose of creating your campaign (the "Brief").

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the final video assets created for your campaign and may use them for any purpose.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Promote any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful.

6. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We guarantee a minimum number of views for each campaign as outlined in our Plans, but we do not guarantee any specific financial return or an increase in the value of your token. The ROI calculations presented on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee of future performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manyloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
