1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact form: when you send a request through our website, we collect your name, email address, Telegram username, project, goal, package of interest and your message.
Messages: when you contact us by email or Telegram, we collect your name, username, contact details and what you write to us.
Campaign information: the brief, brand assets, scripts, approvals and other information you provide for your campaign.
Billing information: the details we need to invoice you and receive payment. Payments are processed by banks or payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Information we collect automatically
Usage information: pages viewed, clicks, approximate country, device and browser type, page performance and errors, collected with cookieless analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU, and Vercel Analytics). We do not use tracking cookies, we do not record your screen, and we do not build advertising profiles. Your IP address may be used to estimate your country; we do not use it to identify you.
Log information: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and request times to keep the website running and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your requests and prepare proposals (steps you ask for before a contract).
- To deliver your campaign and communicate with you about it (performance of a contract).
- To invoice and receive payment, and to meet legal and accounting duties (legal obligation).
- To understand how our website is used and improve it, and to keep it secure (our legitimate interests).
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that process it for us, under their terms and only for the purposes above:
- Website hosting and analytics: Vercel and PostHog (EU).
- Messaging: Telegram. Requests sent through our contact form are delivered to our team in Telegram.
- Email and payments: our email provider, banks and payment providers.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We never sell your personal information or the details of your campaign.
4. AI creators
Our AI creators are synthetic characters. They are not based on the face or voice of any real person, and we do not create AI creators from the personal information you send us.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email [email protected].
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. No security system is impenetrable, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting the new version on this page with a new date.
